Cutting instructions for the butcher for whole hog pork purchase and the deposit to hold animal. Final invoice will be sent once pork has been processed.

Hogs usually weigh 180-210lbs on the rail.

Ours are pasture raised so they can forage fresh grass and tubers but also get a grain supplement.
