Hog Cut Sheet & Deposit

Cutting instructions for the butcher for half hog pork purchase and the deposit to hold animal. Final invoice will be sent once pork has been processed.

Hogs usually weigh 180-210lbs on the rail. (Half hog 90-105lbs)

Ours are pasture raised so they can forage fresh grass and tubers but also get a grain supplement.
